  • Build an attitude of "problem-prevention".
  • Improve communication skills among the Quality Circle Practitioners in an organization.

  • Develop greater safety awareness.
  • Catalyze the attitudinal changes for greater cohesiveness and team work.
  • Manage the development of harmonious manager-worker relationship.
